We’re looking for a hands-on, client-obsessed Service Delivery Manager to lead Techify’s Project Services team and ensure exceptional delivery across every engagement. You’ll own the full client experience, from scoping and planning through execution, updates, and continuous improvement.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-strategize role. You’ll be in the trenches, managing people, projects, and priorities while building trust through proactive communication and exceptional service. You’ll lead a small team, serve as the face of delivery, and thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where being tech-aware and solutions-driven is key to success.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in service delivery or project management, ideally in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or internal IT environment.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching and leading small teams.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles: resolving issues, setting expectations, and driving satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Tech-aware: familiarity with IT systems, tools, and terminology.
