Job Description We are seeking a strategic Service Delivery Manager to oversee the technical lifecycle, quality, and delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions across the North Latam region. This role bridges the gap between technical and business. You will provide leadership across architecture, operational readiness, and team mentorship, ensuring that infrastructure services are not only technically sound but also aligned with business SLAs, global security standards, and financial efficiency. You will act as the primary technical authority, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Lead technical design discussions, ensuring all solutions follow global architecture and security standards. Validate architecture, deployment models, and engineering decisions across all solution phases (Design → Build → Deploy → Support) Ensure documentation, patterns, and operational guidelines are consistent and technically sound. Oversee technical implementation of projects involving servers, networks, cloud, endpoints, and hybrid platforms. Support Project Managers with technical scope, sizing, dependencies and risk assessment. Ensure complete and high-quality Build → Run transition through Operation Books and runbooks Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure projects, network, servers. Collaborate with global support teams to ensure issue resolution and knowledge sharing. identify and implement automation opportunities and process optimizations. Contributes to service standardization, observability improvements, and system reliability. Promote best practices across engineering disciplines. Mentor analysts, and junior tech leads, supporting professional and technical development. Train and onboard new tech leads based on regional and global engineering practices. Foster a culture of technical excellence, learning, and collaboration. Qualifications Strong expertise in the following areas: Servers & Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux Networking: Routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls Cloud: Azure, hybrid architecture Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach. Automation/scripting skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT. ITIL 4 Foundation. Additional Information Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP. Years of Work Experience: 5 - 8
