JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage service delivery ensuring agreed service levels are met.
  • Review handover of deployed services by the provisioning team to operations and ensure that there is closure or follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Provide regular briefings to the customers on their security posture.
  • Review SLAs and quality of services provided to customers.
  • Review processes and facilitate the continuous improvement of services.
  • Manage project financials, including procurement and billing.
  • Build healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a collaborative approach to deliver quality services.
  • Have deployed or supported operations for cloud or on premise security solutions.
  • Have managed or deployed enterprise network / security/ security solutions.
  • Possess excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn continuously.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • ITIL certified.
