SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - TRANSFORMATION

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - Transformation for a 6-12 month contract to join a major service transformation project. This role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful adoption of new service delivery models and technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles, with a focus on transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience in measuring enablement effectiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor contract management.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement strategies, including training programs and materials, to support new service models.
  • Lead change management activities, conduct readiness assessments, and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to unblock pre-discovery tasks and facilitate new project initiatives.
  • Oversee procurement and contract management processes, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a champion for both employee and customer experience throughout the transformation.
