Description
  • Have 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Service Delivery within a Managed Services or IT Services environment, with a proven track record of delivering value and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Possess strong technical expertise across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and related technologies, and can translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Excel at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams and operational contacts through to executive sponsors.
  • Have experience using Customer Success and CRM platforms to manage client engagement, monitor service health, and measure success against key outcomes.
  • Are an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to simplify complex technical concepts, facilitate strategic conversations, and deliver engaging service reviews and roadmap discussions.
  • Take a data-driven approach, using insights, trends, and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and create actionable recommendations
  • Hold an ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of service management principles within a managed services environment.
  • Combine commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset, identifying opportunities to expand customer value through additional services and solutions aligned to customer objectives and Atech's Assurance portfolio.
  • Hold relevant Microsoft certifications and have experience working across both public and private cloud environments, with a solid understanding of VMware technologies and hybrid infrastructure.
