SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Salary: £40,705.60 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

• Manage the Solihull geographical area and ensure high quality service provision within the entire borough.
• Manage staff at the main depot, including up to 105 skilled/unskilled operatives, plus seasonal staff, managing inductions and training.
• Manage allocation of staff, vehicles and equipment ensuring the site is being ran efficiently and safely.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure plant and equipment is maintained and serviced.
• Day to day running of the waste collection kerbside collection, bulky collections and deliveries.
• Work collaboratively as an active member of the contact management team with your peers in grounds maintenance, workshop, street cleansing and haulage departments.
• To fulfil other duties as instructed by the Senior Contract Manager.
