Job Description
Responsible for managing the delivery of Service Projects, from project planning to execution and review. This will involve the engagement of delivery personnel, subject matter experts, business functions and key stakeholders from across our matrix organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct or manage project delivery projects including service contract implementations, expanded services and selected action plans.
  • Ensure accurate identification of presale inputs and customer assessments, including project planning, risk assessments, assumptions and constraints. Confirm our ability to deliver successfully.
  • Line management responsibility for regional Service Delivery Office personnel
  • Ensure proper onboarding of project personnel
  • Support resource planning and optimising personnel utilisation in line with targets
  • Ensure project cost tracking and performance reporting
  • Ensure planning of and participation in periodic Contract Performance Reviews engaging appropriate functional support.
  • Capture lessons learned and propagating best practice and knowledge
  • Conduct management of change as needed
  • Providing input to set the region up to deliver successfully
  • Confirm our ability to deliver projects in the presale phase
  • Escalating risks and issues as necessary
  • Review the performance delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Field experience relating to Rotating Equipment, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Condition Monitoring and Lubrication.
  • Project Management.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management.
