ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of IT applications within your portfolio, working with internal and external run teams using SIAM and ITIL frameworks. You’ll provide expert support across all aspects of Service Delivery, aligning operational teams with the technical and business needs of their systems. As a key interface with partners, you’ll engage in daily operations and governance forums, and lead ITIL processes including Release, Change, Incident, Problem, and Asset Management across multiple technology teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure optimal operation of assigned systems by providing or sourcing subject matter expertise to meet business needs
• Work with SIAM and Service Delivery Practices to ensure partners perform run activities in line with ITIL standards and agreed SLAs
• Work with Service Delivery practice and platform teams to support smooth application operations
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and technology to enhance service delivery
• Support change and release management ensuring changes align with availability and automation goals
• Maintain accurate asset and service management data in partnership with the wider ITSMS team
• On-call support for critical production issues, where required
