As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of IT applications within your portfolio, working with internal and external run teams using SIAM and ITIL frameworks. You’ll provide expert support across all aspects of Service Delivery, aligning operational teams with the technical and business needs of their systems.
