We are looking for a colleague to join our Data Subject Rights Team of 9 people within the Data Protection Support team. This position is vital in ensuring our services comply with the GDPR standards.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in GDPR and would like to contribute to great services in a large bank with collaboration across the organization. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in back-office functions
  • Case handling experience
  • Proficiency in engaging with customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written – business language in Danske Bank is English
  • Advanced Danish language skills, both verbal and written, are required for communication with Denmark-based customers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of GDPR compliance processes and procedures
  • Investigate requests and compile responses to data subjects
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the bank and collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance departments
  • Maintain close collaboration with other teams within the bank
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and automation of processes
