We’re looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to be the vital link between our mainframe technology teams and the business. In this role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of mainframe upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and compliance activities—ensuring everything runs smoothly, stakeholders are engaged, and Westpac’s core banking services remain resilient and future-ready. Please note: Candidates located interstate are eligible to apply. Key responsibilities include: Be the go-to contact for mainframe software upgrades—keeping application teams informed, engaged, and on track for post-implementation testing. Coordinate disaster recovery and resilience testing, making sure we meet all compliance requirements (including CPS230). Build strong relationships across technology, operations, and business teams—driving collaboration and accountability, even when there’s no project funding. Communicate clearly, provide timely updates, and keep everyone aligned on what matters most. Support continuous improvement in how we deliver, govern, and report on mainframe services. What do I need? 5-10 yrs IT Service Delivery. Strong understanding of mainframe. Project management & service management. Tertiary qualifications. Technical or professional certifications.
