The Service Delivery Specialist ensures accurate and efficient execution of provisioning and number porting across Symbio’s products and services. The role involves managing service orders, responding to customer queries, and providing timely resolutions aligned with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Standards. This role is all about making sure services get delivered accurately and on time Process service orders and provisioning requests Manage number porting (local and mobile) Handle tickets, calls, and customer queries Work closely with internal teams and carriers to get things sorted Jump on escalations and drive them through to resolution Keep systems updated and documentation clean and accurate If you like the sound of that, here’s some other things we’d love to see… Experience in telco or IT operations A solid understanding of things like NBN, VoIP/SIP or mobile provisioning Experience working with tickets, orders, or fulfilment processes Strong attention to detail (you’ll be juggling multiple requests) The ability to communicate clearly and work well with others What's it like to work here?
