We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in the Inner City region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.
• Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
• Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within management systems.
• Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.
• Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.
