YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking a skilled professional to support the operations of DCJ’s customer-focused websites and intranets.
You’ll help align digital services with strategic goals and NSW Government standards, working under the Senior Service Delivery Officer to implement service strategies and maintain digital platforms in an agile environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Service Delivery Support Officer helps manage the department’s websites and intranets, supporting systems, content, and issue resolution.
You’ll work with teams and stakeholders to deliver quality digital services.
The Communications and Digital Experience teams ensure consistent, inclusive messaging and user experiences across all channels.
