We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Team Leader (SDTL) to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading responsive and programmed works across critical service delivery lines. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.   What You’ll Do  This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:   * Lead and coordinate service delivery across responsive maintenance, capital upgrades, and vacant works, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.  * Supervise and support Delivery Service Supervisors, fostering clarity, accountability, and high performance.  * Monitor and analyse service performance, implementing corrective actions to meet and exceed contract KPIs.  * Champion Zero Harm principles, ensuring safety and compliance across all operational activities.  * Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government bodies and regulatory authorities.   What You’ll Bring    * Must have a valid drivers licence. * Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate.  * Proven experience in service delivery leadership within infrastructure or maintenance environments.  * Strong capability in scheduling, quality assurance, and performance analysis. * Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.  * Ability to lead by example, coach teams, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.   More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.   Why Downer?
