THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Delivery Team Lead at our client site in Brisbane CBD. This is a hands-on role leading on-site staff, with responsibility for the cost-effective delivery of services compliance with service level contractual obligations whilst providing exceptional customer service. Any experience in Print, Mail/ Courier administration and record management will be highly desirable. Please note – this is a 100% onsite 5 days / week role based in Brisbane CBD. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring every solution meets FUJIFILM’s high standards and drives innovation that customers love. Monitor and report on quality and cost efficiency across all service lines, hitting KPIs and SLAs while proactively solving challenges before they escalate. manage shifting priorities, schedules, and customer needs with agility, keeping everyone informed and aligned. ensure resources and site coverage run smoothly, streamline workflows, and boost efficiency across the board. build a high-performing team that thrives on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering engagement and growth. Work closely with teams across multiple sites, share expertise, and leverage vendors and shared services to deliver consistent, cost-effective results. Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Extensive experience in a service delivery environment, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Background in Document Services, including expertise in areas; print services, mail and courier operations, and records management systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills, complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
