TRC Toyota in Whanganui is looking for a Foreman to assist the leadership of our great team of technicians. If you have the right skills and experience, you could just be the right fit for our great team!

This role will include;
Some time on the tools assisting with the servicing of our vehicles
Helping our Service Manager ensure the flow of the day is well organised, productive and efficient
Communicating with our front-line service advisors and customers
Helping train our apprentice techs and supporting our qualified techs with their daily workload
World class training with Toyota NZ to help keep your skills developing.
Skill set required;
Experienced, NZ qualified technician
Positive communication, leadership and coaching style – you need to be a people person and be able to get the best out of the team, both young and old, new and experienced
Good IT and systems skills to help effectively operate our control board and internal systems
A sense of humour!
