QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Mechanical Service Department related role, with at least 5 years in a coordination or managerial role.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical trade service techniques, service department experience & software, language, and requirements.
  • Experience with the plumbing and HVAC industries would be an asset or a red seal certification.
  • Proficient with MS Office and service management software.
