Following an internal promotion, CMI Toyota Portside is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our talented team, drive operational excellence, and deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-performing service department
  • Boost workshop productivity and efficiency through innovation and forward thinking
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team with a values-based approach
  • Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, memorable experience
  • Monitor and report on key service metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Champion safety and uphold the highest WHS standards
