We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Automotive and Powersports Service Department, representing industry-leading OEM brands including Yamaha and Suzuki. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to oversee service operations across both divisions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive service management or leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of PBS dealership management software.
  • Previous experience with automotive & powersports (Yamaha & Suzuki) is a strong asset.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team while managing departmental performance.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.

  • Oversee daily operations of the automotive and powersports service departments.
  • Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with OEM standards (Yamaha, Suzuki, and leading automotive brands)
  • Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability.
  • Implement best practices for workflow efficiency, scheduling, and warranty processing.
  • Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards.
