QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software (experience with dealership software is an asset)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
  • Driver’s license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a courteous, professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and technicians
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and service-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and vehicle service histories
  • Handle cashier duties including invoicing, processing payments, and balancing end-of-day totals
  • Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and organized
  • Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed
