Job Description We are currently looking Service Design Lead for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end service experiences, connecting digital, physical, and human touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys. • Conduct core service design activities such as journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprinting, and opportunity identification. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, customers, and frontline staff to uncover needs, validate concepts, and align on service priorities. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Operations, and Business Leads to ensure service designs meet both user and business objectives. • Establish and contribute to service design systems, standards, and reusable frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across services. • Translate customer research, operational data, and business insights into actionable improvements for services, processes, and experiences.
