Department Overview This position belongs to the planning and procurement department and is responsible for planning and executing procurement strategies for telecommunications equipment, IT solutions, and cloud services. The role aims to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the department while strengthening collaboration with global suppliers. Position: Why We Hire Due to business expansion, we are seeking individuals who can optimize procurement processes and plan and promote new projects. We are particularly looking for candidates who can leverage their experience in the telecommunications and IT industries to lead strategic procurement activities. Position Details ■ Procurement Strategy Formulation and Execution 1. Development of procurement strategies based on corporate business objectives 2. Identification of procurement opportunities through market analysis 3. Building long-term partnerships with suppliers ■ Planning Operations 1. Planning and development of procurement projects 2. Consideration, planning, and execution for optimal corporate structuring 3. Proposal of new initiatives and formulation of execution plans 4. Consideration of business models based on procurement strategy ■ Supplier Management 1. Selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers 2. Relationship building and performance management with suppliers 3. Negotiation for cost reduction and value creation 4. Development of new procurement vendors ■ Cost Management and Efficiency Improvement 1. Analysis of procurement costs and implementation of reduction measures 2. Optimization of procurement processes and promotion of efficiency 3. Decision-making support through data analysis Project Examples Procurement leader for a new project in collaboration with a major PC manufacturer, utilizing mobile, AI, and cloud technologies. Large-scale procurement project for tens of thousands of cutting-edge devices to support a major client's next-generation communication infrastructure development.
