SERVICE DESIGNER - SENIOR:

On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Service Designer - Senior for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

SERVICE DESIGNER - SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The client is transforming its services to deliver simpler, more efficient, and better services for its citizens. The Service Designer will work on digital transformation projects to ensure service quality through human-centred design, agile methodology, and modern data practices.

SERVICE DESIGNER - SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Experience with human-centred design approaches
  • Proficiency in agile methodology
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in service prototyping and usability testing
  • Knowledge of digital transformation practices

SERVICE DESIGNER - SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with policy innovation
  • Knowledge of organizational design and culture
  • Familiarity with service performance measurement
  • Experience in change management
  • Understanding of modern data practices
Responsibilities
  • Integrate human-centred design methods into program review and digital transformation projects
