Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate design practices. Requirements 3-7 years of experience in service design or related fields. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end service design projects. Expertise in journey mapping and service blueprinting. Strong systems thinking ability and experience mapping complex ecosystems. Proven ability to conduct and analyze research across various stakeholder groups. Exceptional communication skills, especially for conveying complex ideas.
