As a Service Desk Agent, you will: Perform Digital Workplace support activities. Manage all types of user interactions (phone, ticketing portal, chat, messaging). Provide user guidance and support regarding the use services, software and applications. Follow-up of incidents and user requests. Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field. Minimum 1 year of IT support experience, including 1st Line duties. Solid knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management. Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment. Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level). At least one relevant certification (e.g., MCSA Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Certified, Google IT Support, MOS, or equivalent) would be a plus.
