Job Description As an IT Service Desk Agent, you provide first-line support to ensure IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You resolve technical issues, support end users, and contribute to continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback. This role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital environment. Key information Location: Luxembourg (on-site) Contract: Permanent – 40 hours/week Experience: 1–2 years internship inclusive (junior) Education: Degree in IT or equivalent experience Languages: English, French, Luxembourgish, and German Shifts: 7:00–19:00, on-call (24/7) Driving licence required Qualifications First experience in IT Service Desk or Call Center (asset) Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and Exchange Familiarity with tools such as SCCM, Citrix, VMware, or backup solutions is a plus Strong communication and organisational skills Team player with a strong customer-service mindset Additional Information As a member of one of Europe’s largest digital solutions providers, you’ll benefit from extensive career development opportunities, both local and international.
