We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic problem-solver who loves to help people to join our team in our growing Singapore office. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be the first point of contact for all IT Helpdesk enquiries by resolving first and second-level issues. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the enquiries to resolution.
