POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists with support of assigned applications, including ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. Supports the planning, build, and/or configuration of supported applications, documentation of system procedures; participates in training documentation, and serves as a point of contact for ongoing production maintenance/support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Text Message Application User Adds & Lockouts
  • QR code creation and management
  • Scheduling Text Send Requests
  • Sending Blast Text Messages
  • Text Message Reporting (Variety of needs we complete monthly)
  • Intranet Auditing
  • Triaging issues and creating tickets from emails for text message or intranet-related issues
  • New department addition or relocation of clinic in the text platform
  • Chatbot reporting and analysis for Salesforce Einstein Chatbot and possibly ServiceNow virtual agent
  • Reviewing text message rules for inactivity (signaling issues)
  • Creating QRGs for text message requests
  • Updating application documentation for various digital engagement initiatives
