As a Service Desk Analyst at CT, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Providing first and second-level support for a variety of ICT issues, with a focus on learning and collaboration.
  • Helping to resolve client tickets while keeping communication clear, friendly, and timely.
  • Working with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and workplace technologies training and support provided.
  • Supporting Microsoft Cloud services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure, with opportunities to develop deeper skills.
  • Partnering with teammates and vendors to solve challenges together.
  • Delivering excellent service through phone, email, and chat, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Providing support on a shift basis covering between the hours of 6am to 6pm. You will only be required to work the standard 8 hours a day.
  • As a requirement you will need to be able to obtain or currently have an Australian Security Clearance
