Role: The job is responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and response to alarms and issues critical for the department. The monitoring responsibilities will be in diverse areas throughout the enterprise. In this role you will monitor the enterprise technology, WAN, ready for business applications, Critical Facilities Infrastructure, and other processes that are critical to the business. Using both proprietary and third party tools, the monitoring specialist will respond to and analyze each issue and respond via escalation procedures and coordination with on call teams.
What you will do: • While working with the monitoring tools and processes, your main focus will be the timely analysis and response to alerts and issues that arise
