Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

• Provide support to clients, handling issues related to Microsoft 365, Entra, Windows Servers, Azure, networking, and more
• Participate in project work, collaborating with our IT engineers and account managers
• Assist in building custom solutions and managing virtual environments for clients
• Ensure proactive monitoring of client systems to identify and address potential issues before they become critical

About You

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have great communication and consultative skills
• Are driven by a desire to grow and excel in the IT industry
• Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Have experience in IT support (Level 1 or 2), including Windows Server, Azure, and M365 environments
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and have a strong technical foundation

Additional Requirements

• Permanent residency in Australia
• Ability to provide a police clearance
• Availability for a full-time work Monday to Friday
