What You’ll Do You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they need help, the front line that keeps their world running smoothly. Take inbound calls and provide fast, friendly support. Troubleshoot issues or work with other teams to get things resolved. Keep customers updated along the way with clear, confident communication. Handle tickets in ConnectWise, manage priorities, and take ownership through to resolution.
