Your New Role And Responsibilities Providing first-level troubleshooting and support to a large government organisation and act as the first point of contact for end users. Tasks may include (but are not limited to): Diagnose and resole technical issues and requests in support of corporate computer hardware, software, network and telecommunication systems. Account maintenance (password resets, account unlocks, etc.) Troubleshooting of the Windows 11 & 10 standard operating environment, including the Microsoft 365 Office suite and the applications contained within Remote access (VPN and Portal access, token troubleshooting) Exchange mailbox issues and requests, mail client (M365) support Managing access to the internal desk phone system Maintaining access lists to, and supporting file shares and network printers Co-ordinating procurement for mobile phone, hardware and software requests What You’ll Bring To Make An Impact Demonstrated keen interest in IT IT certification or working towards (desirable) One or more years’ experience in a similar support role (desirable) NV1 Security Clearance with active OSA or willing to undergo an OSA (Organisational Suitability Assessment) Desirable Experience ITSM Support experience and ITIL familiarity Experience of ticket management tools – ServiceNow (Preferable) or equivalent VPN/Remote access support experience General desktop troubleshooting skills (hardware and software) General network troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 suite, including Microsoft Outlook Diverse Team Members, Shared Values and a Common Purpose Providing our customers with smarter solutions takes an incredible team with diversity of thought, experience and perspectives driving innovation.
