If successful in your application for the role of IT Service Desk Analyst, London Borough of Havering, you will/will be

  • A tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping people and mastering cutting-edge technology.
  • Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Enthusiastic to support IT technology including Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite,
  • Experienced working with tools such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN and Teams.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related complex issues.
  • Highly proficient in managing and prioritising a wide range of end user requests.
  • Proactive to follow up with end users upon resolution to confirm satisfaction with IT service.
  • Have an attention to detail and stay complaint with security, policies and procedures
