ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE NEEDED FOR CONSIDERATION

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Service Desk Analyst to provide customer support and technical assistance to users supporting a large scale, DoD program in Arlington, VA. This is a long term project supporting Mission Critical work! This opportunity is fully on-site and requires a Secret Clearance as well as a Security+CE certification for consideration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in alike setting.
  • Security+ certification
  • Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Government mobile phone administration
  • Perform system imaging and deployment of operating systems and software packages
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
  • Perform system imaging and deployment of operating systems and software applications to ensure consistent and efficient setup of new and existing workstations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral).
  • Perform in-person customer service and phone support service to 4,000 end-user community .
  • Perform trouble ticket action to include updates with quality notes, customer communication, and resolution within established service level agreements.
  • Provide VIP support and communication regarding status of incident troubleshooting and resolution.
