HiTech Group is seeking experienced Security-Cleared Onsite Support Officers / Service Desk Analysts to deliver high-quality IT support services across a diverse and dynamic environment. This role combines onsite and remote support responsibilities, providing timely resolution of incidents and service requests while contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services and customer outcomes.

As a member of a collaborative support team, you will play a key role in delivering effective technology solutions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring IT services align with organisational and business objectives.

The Onsite Support Officers / Service Desk Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Delivering timely onsite and remote IT support for incidents, service requests, and technical issues across a broad ICT environment.
• Providing hands-on support for hardware deployments, software troubleshooting, peripheral devices, and network connectivity requirements.
• Applying known solutions to customer-reported issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge resources.
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and positive customer outcomes.
• Identifying and escalating unresolved incidents to senior support staff or specialist technical teams where required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Experience delivering onsite and/or service desk support across enterprise ICT environments, including Microsoft technologies, hardware, applications, and networking.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to investigate issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and/or non-Windows operating systems such as macOS or Linux will be highly regarded.
