This role is crucial to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing first-line support to our users. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for internal customers seeking assistance with technical queries and issues.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all service requests are processed timely and efficiently. You will work closely with other IT teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.
