Case processing: You take over and process more complex tickets with technical questions and communicate transparently with the studios.
Fault analysis: You analyze faults using ticket data and images and initiate appropriate measures such as remote troubleshooting or service provider requests.
Action planning: You conduct in-depth root cause analyses for recurring malfunctions and create technical action recommendations including rough cost estimates.
Standardization: You will contribute to the creation and updating of technical standards, checklists, and guidelines for support and studios.
Specifications: You create specifications for small to medium-sized projects such as the replacement of plant components or minor construction work.
Service provider management: You commission, instruct and manage external service providers within the framework of the tickets and check the performance of the service on site or by asking questions.
Quality assurance: You conduct occasional on-site inspections for complex cases or acceptance tests and report any anomalies to the FM management.
Knowledge transfer: You document solutions, identify recurring problems, create wiki articles, and support training for studios or new employees.
WHAT CONVINCES US
Qualification: You have completed technical training or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in technical facility management, ideally in support, maintenance or troubleshooting.
Fault analysis: You have experience in analyzing complex technical faults and deriving measures (remotely and on-site).

Technical skills: You bring knowledge of maintenance, occupational safety, building and energy efficiency as well as a basic understanding of operator obligations in FM.
