We’re on the hunt for a Service Desk Engineer to join our brilliant IT team. This isn’t just about fixing tech; it’s about empowering our entire team to do their best work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Be the go-to person for 1st and 2nd line IT support for our 475+ team members, tackling everything from hardware and software issues to network connectivity.
  • Manage incidents and service requests efficiently using ServiceNow, ensuring everyone gets the timely help they need.
  • Play a key role in setting up new users with desktops and laptops, and keeping our IT assets in check.
  • Support and troubleshoot our Windows 10/11 systems, Office 365 applications, and a range of mobile devices.
  • Get involved in exciting IT projects, both big and small, that have a real impact on our business and our customers.
  • Share your knowledge and help train your colleagues, all while working in a supportive environment where your growth is a priority.
