Description:

The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the PortmanDentex IT systems while providing efficient first-line support to all business users. Handling initial inquiries from colleagues, log IT-related issues, and strive to resolve in promptly manner in accordance with SLAs.

Qualifications

We welcome your application to our Service Desk Engineer vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Incident and problem management
  • Using helpdesk applications
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Working in a service desk / first line support role taking dealing with 30 – 60 tickets at any one time
