Job Description We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide on-site IT support to our users. This role involves working directly at client locations, with occasional travel to nearby areas when required (company vehicle provided). Whenever possible, remote support should also be provided. Key Responsibilities: Resolve IT incidents and service requests on-site or remotely when applicable. Update tickets with detailed actions performed and findings. Maintain accurate records of serviced equipment. Install, troubleshoot, and resolve printing issues. Perform hardware troubleshooting, image installation (PCs and laptops), and network patching in racks. Work independently in high-pressure environments, sometimes without immediate support. Qualifications Experience in similar roles (minimum 2 years). Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems. Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of networking. Valid driver’s license in Portugal. Ability to communicate in English. Availability for travel. ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus. Additional Information Work Model: On-site (Cabo Ruivo) with travel as needed.
