We are currently seeking a Service Desk Operator to join our team at our client’s site - ECB in Frankfurt.

• First point of contact within the ECB for all technical and infrastructural facility management related requests
• Meeting and invitation management including catering services
• Ticket management
• Lost property management
• Answering and transferring internal and external Switchboard calls
• Providing information to internal or external caller
