Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. We have a permanent full‑time position available with shifts as Service Desk Team Member and Sales Support 2IC. Service Desk Tuesday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Sales Support 2IC Sunday: 1:00pm - 8:30pm Monday 7:30am - 4:00pm We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC and Service Desk team Member. In this dual role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’ as well as run the Service desk for part of your work week. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner as well as being a keyholder who will open and/or close the store on your 2IC shifts. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience.
