What success looks like in this role: Semi-independently leads small delivery management projects. Creates and maintains project plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated. Tracks expenses and project costs, ensuring alignment with both Unisys and client agreements and expectations. Serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and helping with expectation management. Implements defined solutions and strategies based on an analysis of client requirements, business goals, objectives and existing infrastructure. Troubleshoots and documents client issues (i.e., performance and application issues). Monitors team performance versus service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of issues or service disruptions. Provides clients with regular reports and implementation updates. Thoughtfully escalates client- and/or process-related issues and questions. Develops, maintains and updates client status and other management reports. Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables Mentors team members to build new skills. Ensures team meets or exceeds agreed up SLAs. You will be successful in this role if you have: Security Clearance is required for this role. 2-5years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Prior team lead experience is preferred.
