Due to the secure nature of the role - All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level.
Starting Salary is £24,700 with twice-yearly increments subject to performance.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our Service Desk team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT support our valued clients over the phone.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide over the phone technical support for incoming queries related to system, software, hardware and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Logging and managing service requests via bespoke applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements for our clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • An understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will have the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot within a busy environment.
  • You will have the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Service Desk or IT Support would be advantageous but not essential.
