Service Desk Technician
Full Time - Permanent (37 hours per week)
£24,308 p.a. plus performance bonus

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are proficient users of Microsoft packages
  • Are committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Have experience in a 1st/2nd line support role or a customer-facing role

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

While not essential, the following qualifications are advantageous (training can be provided):

  • ITIL Foundation qualification
  • Service Desk Institute Analyst Certificate
  • Microsoft Certified qualification
Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Technician at Delt, you will provide essential 1st and 2nd Line Support in a complex, multi-site, and diverse environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing incidents, service requests, and inquiries. Your role is crucial in delivering the high standard of service our customers expect.
