Salary range $129,464 - $142,665pa (plus superannuation and leave loading), Clerk Grade 9/10 Temporary Full time up to 1 April 2027 (maternity relief role) Location: Parramatta (flexible work available, mandatory Mondays in the office but may be expected to be onsite more than once a week pending operational needs)     About us   Legal Aid NSW delivers accessible legal services across criminal, family and civil law. We provide advice, court representation, and family dispute resolution through 28 offices and phone-based support, helping people navigate the legal system with confidence and fairness.     About the role   Manages the operations and infrastructure of LawAccess including facilities, information technology, data and business processes. Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of the organisational objectives of LawAccess NSW.   About you   You’re a natural organiser with a talent for bringing structure and clarity to complex projects. You thrive on collaboration, confidently engaging with diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. With a solid understanding of Legal Aid services, you combine project management expertise with hands-on experience leading teams and supporting people with varied functions or diverse roles.  Your qualifications in project or operations management, or equivalent experience, equip you to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
