  Salary: £34,434 - £36,363 per annum  Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Monday 06 July 2026   Our Housing Property and Support Team is seeking an organised and motivated Service Development Officer to help deliver high-quality housing service across Wiltshire. This role will play a key part in reviewing and developing our housing function, ensuring we effectively identify and respond to the current and future needs of our clients.  The property and support team is the main contact for tenants, handling allocations, transfers, and exchanges, supporting people as they settle in, managing repairs and inquiries, addressing tenancy issues, and responding to anti-social behaviour.  The postholder will take lead responsibility for managing a range of projects, producing regular reports, engaging with internal and external partners, and making informed decisions based on research and consultation.  You will hold an NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in a housing-related field and have a good understanding of Equality and Diversity. You will also bring a minimum of four years’ experience working within a housing or corporate research environment.   Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills are essential for success in this role. We look forward to hearing from you.   Why us?
