Key Responsibilities Conducting quality inspections, scoring, and reporting of our authorized service centers across Türkiye within the framework of established criteria, Monitoring the performance of authorized services and planning audits accordingly, Following up on actions identified as a result of audits and planning re-audits, Regularly informing and supporting the development of authorized service centers based on performance monitoring, Supporting service development by working in coordination with the After-Sales Services Department, Identifying and reporting on-site issues encountered in the field. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from relevant university department Minimum 2 years of experience in authorized service auditing At least 2 years of experience in heating and/or cooling systems Technical knowledge of heating and/or cooling system installations Proficient in MS Office programs Capable of preparing and interpreting reports Experienced in root cause analysis of problems Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset No travel restrictions Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul Anatolian side or Gebze area Benefits At Baymak, we believe that work should enrich your life—not just your calendar.
