Position Overview: Economy Linen and Towel Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to oversee our operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of linen and towel services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and supervise service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
